What is a self-guided tour?
Expert planning, total independence
Our self-guided tours are designed for pilgrims who want the freedom to travel independently, supported by years of Camino expertise. We spend much of the year walking the routes ourselves and know them inside out.
You choose your start date, your pace, your accommodation level, and how many days you want to walk. We handle the bookings, luggage transfers, and logistics — then step back so you can enjoy the journey.

Amazing Experience
“I can not say enough good things about our recent Self Guided Camino walk organized by Andaspain. Kate was very helpful and informative in all of our planning stages. My plane left New York late and I was at risk to miss my train from Madrid to Sarria. Kate was immediately available helping me seek alternative ways to travel. Thankfully, the train left late and I was able to catch it, but knowing that Kate was there to help was such a relief. The trip itself was so well organized and the Self Guided packet provided to us was all that we needed to keep us on track. It was an amazing walk and experience that we will never forget!”

Great experience! Love Andaspain
“This is our second Camino with AndaSpain. Both were incredible experiences. The first was the French Way from San Juan Pied du Port to Fisterra, and the second, the Portuguese Coastal Route from Porto to Santiago. Each journey commemorated an anniversary, whether the 25th or 35th. AndaSpain was instrumental, providing us with a well-planned itinerary and excellent accommodations. Every step of the way, the AndaSpain team was attentive, reliable, and communicative. We made a few last-minute changes, and they were very accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend them without hesitation. Can wait to plan our next Camino adventure!”
